A Personal Year 7 turns inward. After the outward duty of the 6, the year asks for solitude, study, and honest reassessment. Social energy drops and interest in the interior rises. Material progress often slows — sometimes conspicuously — and the value of the year is genuinely elsewhere, which makes 7 years easy to misread as failure.

The focus

Introspection, learning, and spiritual or intellectual depth. This is the year for study, therapy, retreat, research, and the questions you have been too busy to ask. Analysis over action. Answers arrive, but through reflection rather than effort.

What to do

Take time alone deliberately. Study something properly. Reassess whether the cycle you began in year 1 is still the one you want. Go to therapy, on retreat, into nature. Develop expertise. Trust the intuitive material that surfaces — 7 years are unusually productive of genuine insight.

What to avoid

Forcing outward progress, which mostly does not work this year. Avoid interpreting the slowdown as failure, and avoid filling the solitude with noise. Watch the slide from reflection into isolation or cynicism, and do not make major financial pushes now — the timing is wrong.
