Initiation and identity. This is the year for launching the business, moving to the new city, starting the degree, ending the arrangement that no longer fits. Independence is the theme: decisions made on your own judgement rather than by consensus. Expect to be more visible, and to be required to back yourself in public.

What to do

Start the thing. Make the decision you have been deferring. Put your name on something. Invest in your own capability — training, tools, health. Say yes to opportunities that expand your autonomy, and set the direction deliberately rather than drifting into it, because the direction persists.

What to avoid

Waiting for permission or perfect conditions; a 1 year rewards imperfect action over delayed certainty. Avoid starting things you do not actually want out of momentum, and avoid heavy dependence on others to carry your initiative. Impatience is the standing risk — the seeds planted this year mature over the cycle, not this quarter.
